  2. Looks like a very yummy breakfast!! One question - is that cast iron? If it is - aren't you put off a bit by the weight? Even though you are trailer camping - I still am aware of the weight of things and cast iron (although great to cook in) is sooo heavy!! Thoughts appreciated!!

    1. Thanks. My husband is a really good camp cook. It's a cast iron frying pan I got at a garage sale. We only have one cast iron frying pan that we keep in the teardrop and the Dutch oven we keep in the car while towing. I do get concerned with weight and we try to avoid packing other "luxury" items so that we can have at least one good pan for making breakfast. I have known of some other teardroppers who have collections of cast iron and they've had to build special holders on their vehicles to hold the heavy pans.
